My family and I have made the Cinnamon Bear our regular stop while we travel back and forth between Calgary and Fernie summer and winter. We were a little shocked to find out this last time we were there that Cindy was no longer working there , she always had a smile on her face and was so helpful and friendly. We all looked forward to seeing her when we came through there are nice people working there but not like her I dont think service will be the same . Its to bad .

We have enjoyed stopping at your Cafe for your great cinnamon buns, until today. We were shocked to find out after buying a half dozen for our trip back to Calgary only to find out that you have changed what was a great cinnamon bun to a whole wheat recipe. If you have 2 types of buns that you sell, we should have been advised accordingly. The stop at your Cafe on our many trips to BC will be missed.

I have been a regular customer for a few years now . Business travel brings me through the Pass often. The last few times through I have noticed Cathy (the owner ) has not been very friendly toward her customers , it kind of through me off a little . I also noticed she uses her fingers alot handeling the food .The other staff I have never had a problem with . I will not go back there again unfortunatly Because I really enjoyed it there .

Actually we stop there on the way to Fernie and on the way back at least 3 times a year. Love the coffee, lemon/cranberry cookies, fruit scones, breads and buns ... the service is good too. Thanks. Looking forward to seeing you the end of June 08.
