My husband chanced upon Vic's shop over 10 years ago when we were just passing through. Vic and his staff gave him excellent advice and recommended spots which turned out to be great. He and my daughter took a float trip with Vic one year. He's also taken a course on river insects and larvae. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and one can get good information on what's going on in the rivers. the Crowsnest Angler is one of the first places he goes to when we get to the Pass and he's there several times during the season. If a business can be called a town treasure, this one should get that designation: Vic's is a capital asset of the town of Bellevue and the municipality of Crowsnest Pass.
