Respecting the historical tradition of how jerky kept the native North Americans, explorers & early travelers nourished, we created our line of Pioneer Jerky, slowly dried in an age-old traditional Style.

We use only Alberta beef, juicy, tender and marinated to perfection in our own combination of herbs, spices and sauces, then baked to mouth watering perfection in our ovens.
