Description of Professional Guided Experience

The Rich Ranch is located in western Montana, adjacent to the spectacular Bob Marshall Wilderness and just two hours from Glacier National Park. The ranch operates as a traditional Dude Ranch, creating a full ranch vacation experience for one cost. The Rich family welcomes all who appreciate wide-open spaces, good horses, and home cooking. With lodge and cabins nestled in the trees you will relax and soak in the view of the Swan Mountain Range with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the many activities including miles of adventure horseback riding (for all ages), fly fishing, mountain biking, horse drawn wagon ride, ghost town tour, roping practice, lake swimming, tube floating on the Blackfoot River (“A River Runs Through It”), campfire entertainment and more. Pack trip and rafting options are also available. We have specialty weeks available for guests interested in adult only vacations, specialized children’s programs, women’s retreats, artists retreats, packer’s corral, and photography weeks. You will enjoy the history of land and family as we celebrate over 50 years of outfitting in the Blackfoot Clearwater Valley.
