Three Bars Cattle & Guest Ranch is an upscale guest ranch located on hundreds of private acres surrounded by the main range of the Rocky and Purcell Mountains. The massive log lodge is the focal point of Three Bars, with private cabins arranged around a large manicured lawn. The lodge houses the dining room, saloon and recreation lounge which includes a pool table, board games and cards. The spacious one, two or three bedroom cabins feature hand hewn log furniture, cozy quilts and full baths. Guests love to gather in the lodge before dinner or sip ice tea on their cabin porch and share stories of the day's activities.

Lodging Style and Amenities

All meals are inclusive and delicious. The weekly steak cookouts are a favourite part of the Three Bars routine. Ranch packages also include accommodation, horseback riding activities and transportation to and from the Canadian Rockies International Airport. Packages range from 3 to 6 nights with discounts offered for large groups and two week stays. Amenities include heated indoor pool and tennis court. You'll never run out of things to do at Three Bars: Horseback ride until your heart's content, fly-fish the St. Mary River, join a rafting trip, take a hike or play a round of golf at one of the nearby courses. Share in the western lifestyle of wide open spaces, good friends and the cowboy way of life with guests from around the world.

Jeff Beckley has an agricultural degree and rodeo background and has always been a part of the cowboy lifestyle. He heads up the Horse Program at the ranch and is also a professional reining horse trainer - ranked among the top in Canada. His training facilities are at the ranch barns where guests are welcome to watch as Jeff and his horses prepare for the international show circuit. In addition, Jeff offers one lesson per week to ranch guests throughout the summer. He and his son Jesse conduct an evening demonstration of Reining.

Driving Directions

Three Bars Guest Ranch is located between the cities of Kimberley and Cranbrook. Turn west off of Highway 95A onto Wycliffe Park Road. Cross the bridge and take your first right onto Wycliffe Perry Creek Road. Follow this road to the ranch.
